Well I would have to say thus far it has been pretty eventful with another PCS behind us and a change of responsibility coming up this wednesday…so simple things such as a family movie night…or a walk through the local park have been very welcomed!!!!!!

A total house renovation – and NO appliances in the kitchen for 5 weeks so far is how I am spending my summer. Most exciting!

Nothing exciting…rain, heat wave followed by more rain. Guess the highlight was the 4th of July parade.

It hasn't been an exciting summer as a good way, but rather a life changing, learn the new things sort of way. My mother was diagnosed with dementia in May and I've had to take away the car keys from her. It hasn't been easy on her or me and I know this is only the beginning. I'm trying to learn to cherish the good moments and remembering I have friends and family that care about me too.

It hasn't happened yet! I'll be driving from MA to WA with my baby and my mom at the end of August. We're stopping to see family along the way and I'm so excited about it! Other than that…Munchkin's first birthday:)
