Coffee infused vodka is a delectable way to incorporate the flavor of coffee into your cocktails. It is not something you see all the time in the stores, but that’s okay because it is ridiculously simple to make your own.
Here’s what you need:
- a mason jar or other glass container with a lid
- good quality vodka
- espresso beans
Pour a cup of vodka into your jar. Add in a third of a cup of espresso beans.
I know, that was exhausting! Coffee beans are so heavy.
Close your jar tightly and give it a good shake. Now set it in your cupboard for 4 long days. Each day give it a swirl.
After four days, just look at this deep, dark heavenly color.
Scoop out the drunken beans.
Sadly, discard them.
