Ingredients
  • ¼ c rolled oats
  • ½ c solid packed pumpkin
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of ginger
  • 1 Tb honey
  • 1 Tb cream cheese
  • graham crackers for topping
Instructions
  1. In your blender, pulse the oats until pulverized. Add in the remaining smoothie ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and crumble some graham crackers on top.
  4. Enjoy!
