This time of year, while I am preparing lesson plans and calendars for the coming school year, I work on getting everything in my household organized. Files, paperwork, books, supplies, you name it. But since I am also a blogger, that gives me something else that I need to have organized and a plan for.
I have a binder that I keep on my desk that helps me with that. Now there are all sorts of planners and household books and everything you can imagine out there, but I never quite seem to find what I need – and really, my needs are simple. My binder has an area for my bills, an area for my menu/grocery list, homeschool information, and of course a section for my blog.
Each month I can pencil out when I plan on wiring certain posts and it helps me remember to take the photos I need to take so that I am not rushing around at the last second.
Now that things are getting back into their routine, I’ll also be bringing back the #OperationShutterbug posts with the weekly photography themes, and I invite you to join me!
