Maple Walnut Pie is similar to a classic pecan pie, but using rich walnuts and maple syrup. You'll love the flavor in this dessert.

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

Whisk together eggs, maple syrup, bourbon, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well blended.

Add in all-purpose flour, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Whisk again until it is smooth with no flour lumps. Set it aside for now.

Place chopped walnuts in the bottom of the crust.

  1. I have been making this type of pie for yrs.I am diabetic and can't use karo syrup because of the sugar in it. This is like my pecan pie only i don't put any booze in it just vanilla and no spice.
