Photography Assignment: “Sunlight” | #OperationShutterbug

This week’s theme is “Sunlight.” Whether it is the effect of sunlight on your surroundings, or the way it plays through the trees, or a beautiful sunrise. Share with us your interpretation of this theme!

Here are some of my “Sunlight” photos:

Last week’s assignment was “Still Life” and you guys really impressed me.

Here are a few of my favorites of the week, and man did you guys make this hard!

From Becky…

From Amanda…

From Sherri…

Aren’t those gorgeous?!

Every week a new theme is announced, then photographers can interpret this theme and upload their own photos in response. This project is open to everyone that loves to take photographs, no matter your skill level.

Where do you share your photos? There are a variety of options:

1. Facebook page that I have created: “Operation Shutterbug.”

2. Blog: If you have a blog, you could share each week or do a wrap up of all the photos at the end of the month – and share your link in the comments section.

3. Instagram: Just upload your photo, play with the filters, add a caption and the hashtag #OperationShutterbug and share it. I’d love for you to tag me @TheFoodieArmyWife

4. Twitter: You can share on Twitter by uploading the photo and use the hashtag #OperationShutterbug. Feel free to tag me @FoodieArmyWife

Every Friday at midnight (ET) I will publish the week’s post, and from Saturday through the following Friday, the options will be open to your links. In each week’s post, I’ll share a couple of my favorites from you!
