So to celebrate, I am sharing this scrumptious treat. A Pumpkin Spice Latte made with real pumpkin.

- 2 shots of espresso (or 2 cups of coffee brewed using double your coffee amount)
- 2 Tb pumpkin puree
- ½ c half & half
- ½ c whole milk
- 1 Tb brown sugar
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Whipped Cream & a pinch of nutmeg of pumpkin pie spice for topping
- Begin brewing your espresso or coffee.
- Whisk the milk, half & half and pumpkin together and then add the brown sugar, spices and vanilla. Heat them up over medium heat until nice and hot (whisking/stirring continually). Remove from heat, add in your coffee. Stir it together, and pour into 2 cups. Top with whipped cream & a pinch of nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice.
