Morning around camp was quiet and peaceful. And maybe a little lazy…. Even Bear didn’t want to get up. Jack was on fire patrol…..when he could open his eyes. People ever so slowly started moving around and getting some morning tea. But it didn’t take long for the goofing to begin.

This weekend, we went camping at Quartz Lake, just outside of Delta Junction, Alaska. Quartz Lake is a beautiful area. This is a little cabin where you can rent boats. Love the fish head on the antler. This is something you don’t see many places. There’s beautiful scenery all around. More to come…
