This is a mixer similar to mine, that is made by a reputable company. It also costs less than mine, and has an even stronger motor. I have had my Bosch mixer for many years.
If I was to purchase a new mixer for bread making, I would probably get this one: Wondermix Revolution by Wondermill.
How long are we kneading this in the mixer?
Up to 14 minutes. You’ll want to periodically check the consistency of the dough and see when it is nice and smooth and stretchy.
I’m having trouble finding how much wheat berries to grind to make 6 1/2 cups flour.
