This is a mixer similar to mine, that is made by a reputable company. It also costs less than mine, and has an even stronger motor. I have had my Bosch mixer for many years.
If I was to purchase a new mixer for bread making, I would probably get this one: Wondermix Revolution by Wondermill.
I’m having trouble finding how much wheat berries to grind to make 6 1/2 cups flour.
