How to make this Cheese Bread
To begin, preheat your oven to 350°F.
Grease and flour a loaf pan (8.5×4.5 inches) and set it aside for now. (See: How to Make a Baking Spray Replacement)
In your mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and peppers. Stir them together.
Add in chunks of sharp cheddar cheese, breaking apart any pieces that are stuck together and coating it all with the flour mixture.
Stir in some parmesan cheese.

In another bowl, beat an egg.
Add in milk, sour cream and melted butter. Whisk together.
Add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture and stir to combine. This will be a thick, sticky dough.
Scoop the dough into your prepared loaf pan, and smooth out the top.
Sprinkle some more parmesan on top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the loaf tests done with a toothpick.
Allow the cheesy quick bread to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before removing it to a rack to cool completely.
Just look at those little pockets of air that are coated with cheese. That’s where the chunks of cheese melted while it baked.
Yum!
This bread is best sliced with a serrated bread knife.
Enjoy!
