An easy skillet supper that is great for any night of the week!
This recipe is a classic. You can make it just as it is, change up the cheeses, add some other veggies, or play around with it for all sorts of variations.
To Make This Recipe You Will Need:
- bell pepper
- onion
- ground beef
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- black pepper, ground
- all purpose seasoning
- whole kernel corn, canned
- tomato sauce, canned
- beef broth
- Worcestershire sauce
- egg noodles
- cheddar cheese
- enameled casserole (or other large skillet with a lid)
- large pot
- colander

To begin, start a pot of salted water to cook your egg noodles according to package directions.
Meanwhile, sauté ground beef, diced onion, and bell pepper together in an enameled casserole (or other large skillet with a lid.) Cook on medium heat until the pepper and onions are tender and the ground beef is cooked through.
Add in all-purpose seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, corn, tomato sauce, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.

Stir these together and bring this all to a simmer. Turn the heat down low, cover and allow to simmer for 8-10 minutes while the egg noodles cook.
Add the cooked egg noodles to the pan with the meat mixture.
Top with the shredded cheddar cheese. Put the lid on the pan and allow the cheese to melt.

Easy Cheeseburger Skillet Supper
Ingredients
- 1 bell pepper, deseeded and diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 3/4 teaspoon all purpose seasoning, see link in post
- 15 oz whole kernel corn, 1 can, drained (or 1 1/2 c frozen corn)
- 15 oz tomato sauce, 1 can
- 1/2 c beef broth
- 1 Tb Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c egg noodles, cook according to package directions
- 6 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
