Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 c frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ c coconut milk
  • ¼ c shredded coconut
  • ⅔ c orange juice
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in your blender
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour and enjoy!
Notes
After a workout, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder to make this a great "recovery" snack!
