Chocolate Mascarpone Frosting
  • 1 c Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ½ c Powdered Sugar
  • 4 ounces Mascarpone Cheese
  • 2 Tb Baking Cocoa
  • 1 Tb Coffee Liqueur
  1. Chill your mixing bowl and mixer attachment in your freezer for about 30 minutes prior to making this frosting. Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl, and beat on high speed until the frosting is stiff and fluffy. Use as desired.
  2. This makes enough for about 24 cupcakes, or a 9 inch, 2 layer cake.
