Have you ever been craving hot cocoa, but didn’t have anything handy? Next time you can just whip up a batch of your own hot cocoa mix.
You can’t get much easier than this. In a large bowl, sift together 2 cups of dry milk, 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1/2 c baking cocoa, 1/3 c instant coffee granules, and a half teaspoon of cinnamon. Stir it all together and store it in a mason jar.
To serve, mix about 1/4 cup into a mug of hot water or milk. Adjust more or less to suit your taste. Enjoy!
Homemade Hot Cocoa Mix
Ingredients
- 2 c dry milk powder
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1/2 c baking cocoa
