This keto friendly Cheeseburger Bake is a hearty, low-carb casserole that captures the essence of a classic cheeseburger in every bite.

To Make This Recipe You Will Need:
- ground beef
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- onion
- garlic
- eggs
- mayonnaise
- heavy cream
- ketchup
- mustard
- pickle relish
- shredded cheddar cheese
- large skillet
- wooden spoon or other utensil
- 9×13 baking dish
- mixing bowl
- whisk

To begin, preheat your oven to 350°(F).

Brown ground beef and diced onion in a large skillet, along with salt and black pepper. Add minced garlic in to cook for the last minute or so.
You may need to do this in batches as this is a good bit of ground beef.
Layer half of the ground beef in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Spread ketchup, mustard and pickle relish all over the top.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Repeat the layers with the other half of the meat mixture and the ketchup, mustard and relish.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, mayonnaise and heavy cream.
Pour the cream mixture all over the top.
Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the mixture is bubbly.
Enjoy!
Feel free to use different cheeses. You can also add diced bell pepper when you cook the onions and ground beef. Maybe some black olives…whatever you would like.

- 3 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 Tb ketchup, sugar free variety, more or less to taste
- 4 Tb yellow mustard, more or less to taste
- 4 Tb pickle relish, sugar free variety, more or less to taste
- 4 eggs
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 c heavy cream
Instructions
