My Backyard Visitor

Earlier, I mentioned that a moose had just run through my back yard. Well, about 2 hours later, Jen went to take Griff for a walk, and returned home in just a short time.

When she neared the dog park, she wasn’t alone. She waited until the “coast was clear” and came home.

I agree to have my personal information transfered to MailChimp ( more information )

So I borrowed Jen’s camera (Mine was headed for the charger) and we hopped in the van.

We drove around to the playground and dog park, and there he was.

The poor guy was so confused. All he wants to do is leave the neighborhood and go home, but there are only about three openings in the fence. One near my house, one on the other side of the neighborhood, and another human-sized one in between the two. I hope he finds his way back out before becoming panicked.

This guy is probably just a yearling. He is barely getting his antlers, and that is an 7 foot fence he is next to.
