This time of year, I love using fresh produce from the farmer’s market or co-op. This Peach Berry Cocktail is a fun way to put some of them to use.
To begin, place 5 or 6 fresh red raspberries in the bottom of your glass.
With a wooden spoon, mash the berries. They won’t take it personally.
In your blender, combine 1/2 cup fresh peach slices, 1/2 cup ice, 1 ounce vanilla vodka, and 1 ounce peach liqueur. Blend until smooth and pour into the glass with the berries.
Pop in a straw and enjoy this fresh summery cocktail.

I seriously want one of these right now! Peaches are my favorite and this boozy smoothie has me drooling!
Delicious!
This looks delish, and so refreshing on a hot summer evening!
This sounds so refreshing! I wonder if you can make your own vanilla vodka by just adding some vanilla extract to plain vodka since (homemade) extract is just vodka and vanilla beans. Hmm…and now the wheels are turning…
This is my kind of cocktail! It sounds so fresh and summery. I think I need to go find some vanilla vodka!
Oh my. Vanilla vodka? These must taste incredible!!!
This sounds like a drink I need in my life!
How refreshingly delicious, Constance! I would love to sip on your peach berry cocktail this summer.
Thank you Stacy!
