This Piña Colada Summer Smoothie is a healthy and delicious way to treat yourself.
In your blender, combine 1 frozen banana, a cup of frozen pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, 1/4 cup shredded coconut and 2/3 cup orange juice.
Blend it in your blender until nice and smooth.
Pour and enjoy.
Try this with a splash of rum to turn it into a ridiculously good cocktail! You can also turn this into a great “post workout snack” by blending in a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 c frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 c coconut milk
