  • Italian seasoning
  • salt
  • mozzarella cheese
  • parmesan cheese
  • pepperoni (turkey)
  • baking dish
  • meat thermometer

To begin, preheat your oven to 375°.

Spread about 1/2 cup of sugar-free marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.

Arrange the chicken breasts in the pan and sprinkle them with salt and Italian seasoning.

Spread the remaining marinara over the top of the chicken.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Place mozzarella slices on top of the chicken breasts.

Top with slices of turkey pepperoni.

Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked to 165°.

  • 16 oz marinara sauce, sugar free
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, slices or shredded
  • 12 slices pepperoni, turkey

Instructions
 

  • To begin, preheat your oven to 375°.
