Yesterday morning we headed out to do our weekly study with the Department of Fish & Wildlife out of Fairbanks. All of these photos were taken by my daughter Jennifer.
This is one of the agents we have been working with.
The river had come up quite a bit since the day before, so many of our traps were tied off down in the water. Good thing I had waders!
A slimy sculpin, and a Chinook salmon.
Down at the other spot, retrieving more traps.
Another Chinook salmon.
Another very successful day. We even had an audience.
Beautiful pictures and a talented daughter. Good job, Jennifer.
This is in Alaska. Interesting.
