This recipe is considered “carnivore friendly” if you are not avoiding dairy. Because it has all the cheese!
To Make this Recipe You will Need:
- ground beef
- onion
- garlic
- Italian seasoning
- pizza sauce
- ricotta cheese
- fresh mozarella cheese slices
- parmesan cheese
- chicken or turkey deli meat (oven roasted)
- oil (olive oil, coconut oil or ghee)
- 9×13 baking pan

To begin, preheat your oven to 350 ° (F).
Coat a 9×13 baking dish with your preferred oil and set it aside for now.
Brown a pound of ground beef with diced onion and Italian seasoning in a skillet.
When the beef is nearly cooked through, add 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook those together for the remaining time. Remove them from the heat.
Spread 1/2 cup of pizza sauce in your baking dish.
Arrange a layer of sliced chicken deli meat.
Top with 2 cups of ricotta cheese.
Add a layer of mozzarella cheese slices.
Top the cheese with the ground beef mixture.
Spread half of the remaining pizza sauce over the top of the ground beef.
Add a second layer of the chicken slices.
Top with the remaining pizza sauce, another layer of mozzarella cheese, and finally parmesan cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes. Allow the lasagna to rest for 10-15 minutes before cutting into it.
