Over the years I have held many speaking engagements on a variety of topics, from writing and blogging, to homesteading and faith. I’ve spoken at conferences, taught workshops, and have even been a guest speaker to students in a public school.
Refuge Ruckus in Fort Smith, Arkansas – March 7-9, 2025
I am honored to be speaking again at Refuge Ruckus.
Join myself, Bear Independent and many others for Refuge Ruckus sponsored by Refuge Medical. All proceeds raised from Refuge Ruckus will go toward building Kaleb House. Kaleb House helps fight and aid in the rescue and recovery of child survivors of human trafficking. I can think of fewer more worthy causes.
This event will be held at the Fort Smith Convention Center. There will be Classes, Vendors, Shabbat Bible Study & Worship, a Ruck and More! Find out more: Refuge Ruckus
Okie Homesteading Expo in Pryor, Oklahoma – March 21-22, 2025
In March there is a two day event in Pryor, Oklahoma at the Mayes County Fairgrounds. There will be over 30 speakers from all over, such as Joel Salatin, The Dougherty’s, Fermented Homestead and more. The expo will offer over 40 educational sessions with variety of topics including presentations, demonstrations, lectures, hands-on learning, and Q&A opportunities.
This is a two day event, however I am not a speaker, but will be attending on Friday the 21st.

The Shindig Ozark Living Expo in Jasper, Arkansas – April 25-26, 2025
I will be sharing all about canning, and even doing demos on the first day of this event, Friday the 25th.
