small onion
minced

butter

whole kernel corn

15 oz. of diced tomatoes, with the liquid

chili powder

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper

sharp cheddar cheese
grated
Instructions
To begin, preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
In a small skillet, sauté the minced onion in butter until tender, but not browned.
Combine the onion, butter, and all remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Pour it into a baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
