Easy Sweet Potato Fries

sweet potatoes

avocado oil
½
teaspoon
salt
I use Redmond real salt
Instructions
To begin, preheat your oven to 400°(F)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside for now.
Peel your sweet potatoes.
Carefully cut the potatoes int 1/2" thick slices and then into 1/2 inch sticks.
Place the fries in a mixing bowl and drizzle them with the oil.
Sprinkle with the salt and toss them with your had to coat the fries.
Arrange the fries in a single layer on your lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes and turn them over with a spatula.
Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and brown in spots.
Serve right away. Enjoy!
