Ingredients

Korean style short ribs

onion
thinly sliced

teaspoon
ground black pepper

teaspoon
garlic powder

soy sauce

white vinegar
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a gallon-sized ziplock bag and allow it to marinate at least 4 hours.
Grill the ribs over a medium heat about 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
Or…get creative and cook them skewered over a campfire!
