1lbground pork
1/2cshredded apple
2Tbfresh minced parsley
1Tbfresh minced sage
1Tbwhole grain mustard(country style Dijon)
1clovegarlic(minced (or grated for stronger garlic flavor))
Sprinkle all of the remaining ingredients all over it.
Using your hands, work it all together until it is just combined. Over-working ground meats can make them tough.
