Ingredients

c
coconut flour
sifted

teaspoon
cinnamon
1/2
teaspoon
nutmeg
1/2
teaspoon
baking powder
1/4
teaspoon
allspice
1/4
teaspoon
fine sea salt
1/8
teaspoon
ground cloves
4
eggs
1/4
c
coconut milk
1/4
c
real maple syrup
2
Tb
coconut oil
melted
1 1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
To begin, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Line a standard muffin pan with muffin papers. (This recipe makes about 8 muffins.)
Sift the coconut flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, allspice, fine sea salt, and cloves into a small mixing bowl.
In another mixing bowl, whisk the eggs.
Add in the coconut milk, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and whisk until smooth.
Scoop the muffin batter into your prepared muffin pan.
Bake the muffins for 18-20 minutes, or until the muffins test done with a toothpick or spring back in the center when touched.
Transfer the muffins to a cooling rack to cool.
