heavy whipping cream
½
c
powdered sugar

mascarpone cheese
8 oz.

vanilla extract
Instructions
To begin chill your mixing bowl and whisk attachment for an hour or longer ahead of time. This helps the whipping cream whip up easier.
Pour the whipping cream and powdered sugar into your mixing bowl. Beat the cream until stiff peaks form.
Spoon the mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream in dollops. Add in the vanilla extract.
Mix until smooth.
Use as you like!
Notes
This recipe will frost about 12 cupcakes or a 9x13" rectangle cake.
