pears
peeled, cored, and diced

Tb
ghee
½
teaspoon
cinnamon

Tb
honey
optional
Instructions
To begin, melt the ghee in a skillet over medium low heat.
Add in the diced pears and sprinkle with the cinnamon. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the pears are tender. Stir occasionally.
If your pears are a little tart, depending upon the variety, drizzle in the honey if needed and stir to combine.
