Ingredients
  

  • 4 pears, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 2 Tb ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Tb honey, optional

Instructions
 

  • To begin, melt the ghee in a skillet over medium low heat.
  • Add in the diced pears and sprinkle with the cinnamon. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the pears are tender. Stir occasionally.
  • If your pears are a little tart, depending upon the variety, drizzle in the honey if needed and stir to combine.
