onion powder

head
cabbage
sliced thin or shredded. If the head is small, you can use the whole thing. (Discard the hard core & stem)

cloves
garlic
minced

Tb
coconut aminos

teaspoon
paprika

teaspoon
salt

Instructions
To begin, cook the ground beef and onion powder together in a large skillet until the beef is browned.
Add the remaining ingredients, and stir together. I find that using tongs works best for this.
Cook on low heat, covered until the cabbage is cooked to the doneness you prefer. Stir often as it cooks.

Notes
If you would like a meatier version, you can increase this to 2 lbs of ground beef.
