marinara sauce
sugar free

chicken breasts
boneless, skinless

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
Italian seasoning
¼
c
parmesan cheese

mozzarella cheese
slices or shredded

pepperoni
turkey
Instructions
To begin, preheat your oven to 375°.
Spread about 1/2 cup of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Arrange the chicken breasts in the pan and sprinkle them with the salt and Italian seasoning.
Spread the remaining marinara over the top of the chicken.
Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
Place the mozzarella slices on top of the chicken breasts.
Top the chicken with slices of pepperoni.
Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked to 165°.
