Ingredients
⅓
c
minced red onion
1
clove
garlic
grated
1
small tomato
seeded and diced

avocados
¾
teaspoon
kosher salt

pinch
cayenne pepper
1
big pinch cumin
juice of a lime
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the red onion, garlic, and tomato.
Half and score your avocados and spoon the meat into the bowl. Add in the salt, cayenne, and cumin.
Mash everything together with a fork, until it is the consistency that you like.
Add in the lime juice – start with half, stir together, and give it a taste.
Add all of the lime juice if you like (I do!)
