To begin, simply combine all of the ingredients in a small jar with a lid.
Shake to combine.

To use this seasoning, combine 1 lb of ground meat (turkey, venison, beef, etc.) with about 1 1/2 Tablespoon of the seasoning. Adjust the amount of seasoning according to your preference.Gently mix together. Do NOT overmix the meat and seasoning.For best results, refrigerate overnight so all the flavor can develop in the meat.Use any way you like to use bulk breakfast sausage.
