Place the ground beef in a mixing bowl and break it up into pieces.
Add the rest of the crust ingredients: onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, Parmesan and Colby jack cheeses, and the beaten egg. Gently mix with your hands until just barely combined.
Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
Press the meat mixture into the bottom of the pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is cooked through.
Blot excess grease from the top and sides of the baked meatza crust with paper towels.
Top the crust with pizza sauce, cheeses, sliced olives, and turkey pepperoni.
