This delicious Meatza Pizza is a great way to enjoy pizza without a traditional crust. Instead, this pizza has a crust of meat!
This recipe is sort of like a cross between a pizza and a meatloaf. Either way, it is definitely a winner!

Watch me make this recipe in the video below:
To begin, preheat your oven to 350°(F).
Break up 2 pounds of ground beef in a mixing bowl and sprinkle in onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Along with shredded Parmesan and Colby Jack cheeses.
Add a beaten egg and gently combine the ingredients until they are just barely mixed together.
Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper and press the meat mixture into the pan, making it as flat as possible.
Bake the “crust” for 25-30 minutes, or until it is cooked through.
When the crust is done baking, blot any excess grease from the top and sides with paper towels.
Top with pizza sauce, shredded Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese, and your favorite pizza toppings. I used sliced black olives and turkey pepperoni.

This is in the oven for the 3rd week in a row! Absolutely delicious! My husband and I love it, especially that we can eat it as leftovers too! Definitely will stay in the rotation ❣️ thanks Candice 😊
Still loving this recipe. As I was waiting for it to come out of the oven, I wanted to make sure I had given it a 5 star rating. Realized my autocorrect mistake Constance 😑. 😘
Going to try this next week on the family. Haven’t tried it yet but five stars for how tasty it looked on the video :-)
My adult son is all about the meat, always has been. I think I will make this for him and his wife. It really looks delicious and I love that it makes a 9×13 size pan. My husband is a leftover king, so when I make it for him, I can get away with not cooking for a day or two, thanks for sharing!
