solid packed pumpkin

cinnamon

of nutmeg

honey

cream cheese
graham crackers for topping
Instructions
In your blender, pulse the oats until pulverized. Add in the remaining smoothie ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and crumble some graham crackers on top.
