To begin, heat your oven to the low-broil setting.
Trim any skin from your fillet. Lightly salt & pepper it. Place it in a broil-safe dish or skillet. Place it in your oven and broil it for 8-10 minutes, or until it just begins to flake apart when pulled with a fork. The time will be determined by the size and thickness of your fillet.
While it is broiling, combine in a dish the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and a couple dashes of your favorite hot sauce. When the fillet has reached the doneness above, spread the mixture over the top of the fish.
Place the dish back under the broiler for about 2 more minutes, until the topping is melted together and just beginning to get a few golden patches. Sprinkle with some parsley.
