Instructions
To begin, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Grease & flour a standard loaf pan (about 8.5x4.5 inch.) Set it aside for now.
In your mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, peanut butter, sugars, and vanilla extract. Mix them together.
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir them together.
Add the flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture. Beat well to combine. Make sure to scrape the bowl with a rubber scraper.
Add most of the chocolate chips to the batter, reserving about a tablespoon of the chips. Fold the chips into the batter.
Spread the batter into your prepared pan, smoothing the top.
Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and the chopped peanuts over the top of the batter.
Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the loaf tests done with a wooden skewer.
NOTE:
If the bread begins to get a little too brown, carefully form a tent of aluminum foil over it to shield it from the direct heat.
Cool the loaf in the pan, on a cooling rack, for about 10 minutes. Then, remove it from the pan and cool completely.
Enjoy!
