Ingredients

pumpkin puree

ounces
plain Greek yogurt
½

brown sugar

teaspoon
vanilla

teaspoon
cinnamon
½
teaspoon
nutmeg
½
teaspoon
allspice
¼
teaspoon
ginger
⅛
teaspoon
cloves
4
ounces
whipping cream
2
Tb
powdered sugar
⅓
c
pecans
very finely chopped (optional)
crackers, fruit, or chips
for dipping
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin, Greek yogurt, and brown sugar.
Mix in the seasonings.
In a separate bowl beat the cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
Fold in the pecans.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
Serve with your favorite "dippers."
Enjoy!
Notes
This can also be made with sweet potato puree instead of pumpkin. You can also fold in some finely chopped pecans for some texture.
