To make this simple smoothie, begin by pulsing 1/2 cup of rolled oats in your blender until they are pulverized into a fine consistency.
To the oats, add 1 cup of ice, 1 cup of coconut milk, 1/2 cup of orange juice, 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 cups of frozen peaches. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
