This delicious bread is lightly sweetened with maple syrup and packed full of diced apples. You will love the flavor in this simple quick bread.
To Make Apple Pecan Bread you will need:
- apples
- pecans
- maple syrup
- coconut flour
- tapioca flour
- arrowroot starch
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- ginger
- baking powder
- sea salt
- eggs
- coconut milk
- vanilla extract
- coconut oil
- loaf pan
- mixing bowl
- whisk

To begin, you’ll preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Coat a loaf pan with coconut oil and set it aside for now.
In a mixing bowl, you’ll combine coconut flour, tapioca flour, arrowroot starch, spices, baking powder and salt. Stir together.
In a separate bowl, whisk some eggs, coconut milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup and coconut oil together.
Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and whisk to combine.
Stir in diced apples and chopped pecans.
Spread the mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool the bread on a rack, still in the pan for about 15 minutes. Remove the loaf from the pan and continue to cool until it is room temperature.
