Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte Creamer with real pumpkin will infuse your coffee with the flavors of autumn.
For the third installment of “Pumpkin Week,” I am bringing you this delicious coffee shop-inspired creamer that you can enjoy in your own kitchen while wearing your pajamas.
In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup each of sugar and pumpkin puree, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg, and a pinch of cloves. Whisk these together and bring it up to a simmer over medium heat. Cook and whisk for 5 minutes. Stir in a teaspoon of vanilla. That’s it.
Store your creamer in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!

So wonderful! Hate the ingredients in the commercial creamers. I make sompke syrups with vanilla and almond extracts but never would have thought of this! Hope you’re dreaming up sometime for Christmas :)
Yummm! I tried to make a PSL at home this morning and it just wan’t that good. I’ll give this a go- I KNOW it will be delicious!
