Watermelon has got to be one of the best summer fruits and what better way to enjoy it on a hot summer day, than in this Watermelon Margarita?
To begin, cut up some seedless watermelon into cubes.
Toss a cup and a half of watermelon cubes into your blender. To that, and 1/2 cup of your favorite tequila, a tablespoon of lime juice, and 1/2 cup of ice cubes. To sweeten this, I use 2 tablespoons of honey. (You can also use simple syrup or agave syrup if you prefer.)
Mix these in your blender until smooth.
This mixture makes two modest margaritas. One if you are feeling especially feisty. Though if you are drinking this all yourself, I’d cut the tequila in half. Garnish with a slice of watermelon.
Can you seriously get any more summery and fun than this? Enjoy responsibly!

Yum looks delicious! I’ve tried watermelon, mint, and gin before, but never watermelon and tequila!
