One of the things that gives me great pleasure here on the homestead, is one of the smallest, and simplest things.
Little things that visit the garden.
The other day I was walking through downtown Huntsville, Alabama and took a few moments to capture images of a few of the many churches located around “the square.”
Feathered visitors to the homestead.
Pineapple sage is a beautiful, late summer flower with a surprise.
Though I enjoy cooler temperatures, I am looking forward to spring.
A rare treat in a southern state.
Last week I took a little walk around the pasture with my camera and snapped a few photos. I couldn’t believe that on August 20th, the leaves were already turning on some of the trees back there.
Autumn is my favorite time of year to explore the outdoors. The temperatures are perfect and you can take you time to enjoy the little things.
