Homemade Creamy Vinaigrette & Taking your snacks or lunch on the go with the Rubbermaid BRILLIANCE Salad & Snack Set | Cosmopolitan Cornbread

Every day when my husband goes to work, he packs a lunch in his lunch cooler to enjoy during the work day. Some days he takes just his lunch and some days, he takes both a lunch and a mid-day snack.

One of the challenges of doing this is keeping things tidy and properly stored in his lunch cooler so as to not have a leaky mess or to have certain foods all mixed together, especially salads. Have you ever packed a salad? Your croutons get mushy and things tend to turn into a big blob.

Today, I’m happy to say that we have the perfect solution for him and that’s the new Rubbermaid® BRILLIANCE Salad & Snack set.

  1. My go-to snack is cheese and turkey slices with crackers. Like the lunch kits you buy at stores, but i fix my own with deli items to save money!

  2. Lately I’ve been enjoying Clif nut butter bars because they taste good, don’t have to be refrigerated, and are quick to grab on the go!

  3. Be great for using for quinoa salad or similar foods that I like to send in my husband’s lunch. Also great for storing leftovers. I liked the Facebook post. I don’t tweet.

  4. I would use them for the kids snack because they never seem to be able to close up any bag that they open. They my have fun putting the covers back on these.

  5. OK I have tweeted and liked and whatever else! he he he!!! I love taking deviled eggs but when it is for one person what do you put them in that they don’t go everywhere? This looks perfect…I could just boil the eggs from my happy hens and make the yummy filling and put it in the little round part that looks like maybe its for dressing! No more smooched eggs!!! xoxo Cindy
