Homemade pumpkin pie spice is incredibly simple to make, like most homemade seasoning blends.
This can of course be used for pumpkin pie, but you could also use it for recipes like my Roasted Spiced Nuts.
To Make Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice you will need:
- cinnamon
- ground ginger
- ground nutmeg
- allspice
- ground cloves
- small jar

Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice
Ingredients
- 3 Tb cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Place all in a small jar. Cover and shake to combine.
- Use as needed.
