To Make This Recipe You Will Need:

  • frozen orange juice concentrate
  • frozen lemonade concentrate
  • cranberry-raspberry juice
  • water
  • gingerale
  • mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • orange
  • punch bowl
  • whisk

To begin, you will simply combine orange juice concentrate, lemon juice concentrate, cranberry-raspberry juice and water in a punch bowl or other beverage serving container. Stir or whisk them all together.

Pour in some ginger ale to make it sparkly and give it a quick stir.

You’ll need some fresh or frozen berries. I usually add raspberries and blackberries, or sometimes some blueberries as well.

Add the berries and orange slices to the punch.

The berries and orange slices will float on top and be a beautiful garnish both in the punch bowl and as the punch is ladled into cups.

Ingredients
  

For the Punch

  • 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 6 oz. frozen lemonade concentrated, thawed (this can be regular or pink lemonade)
  • 2 c cranberry-raspberry juice
  • 3 c water
  • 1 ½ liter ginger ale

For Serving

  • 2 c berries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, or any blend that you like. These can be fresh or frozen
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Combine the fruit juices and water in a punch bowl or other beverage serving container. Stir or whisk them all together.
  • Pour in the ginger ale and stir.
  • Add the berries and orange slices to the punch. They will float on top and be a beautiful garnish both in the punch bowl and as the punch is ladled into cups.
  • Enjoy!
