Espresso Infused Vodka is a delectable way to incorporate the flavor of coffee into your cocktails.
How to make coffee vodka for all of your favorite coffee vodka cocktails.
It is not something you see all the time in the stores, but that’s okay because it is ridiculously simple to make your own.
Here’s what you need:
- a mason jar or other glass container with a lid
- good quality vodka
- espresso beans
Pour a cup of vodka into your jar and add in a third of a cup of espresso beans.
I know, that was exhausting! Coffee beans are so heavy.
Close your jar tightly and give it a good shake. Now set it in your cupboard for 4 long days. Each day give it a swirl.
After four days, just look at this deep, dark heavenly color.
Scoop out the drunken beans.
Sadly, discard them.
Pour the gorgeous elixir into a lovely bottle and put it to great use in your next java inspired cocktail…a cocktail like an Iced Espresso Martini (coming this Sunday!)
So excited to try this. I love espresso and vodka. (I have been wanting to reply for some time but could not locate the ‘post comment’ icon
Homemade vodka is so easy and the flavors are endless. Coffee vodka sounds like a great treat.
This looks delicious! I made bacon vodka a few years ago, but the only thing I could think to put it in was a Bloody Mary. I’ll have to give this a try!
BACON VODKA!!!???? now that is adventurous!
