The perfect cocktail for coffee lovers – an Iced Espresso Martini.

Iced Espresso Martini from Cosmopolitan Cornbread

Those of you that know me, or have been reading here for a while, know that I love all things coffee. Earlier this week, I shared a recipe for making your own Coffee Infused Vodka. It is a ridiculously simple process and with little effort you will have coffee vodka to use in cocktails like this.

In a cocktail shaker, or a mason jar, combine a shot of cold espresso, 1 ounce each of coffee liqueur, coffee vodka, and vanilla vodka (or vanilla syrup for a sweeter cocktail) with 2/3 cup of ice.
